Could you put a play button for speech the word? It could be useful for languages students.

You can use kttsd for do it, but I don't know if it could be a heavy effort feature.

Text to speech is an interesting idea but it will not happen in the short term.

But what we are doing is to make sound available in all practice modes. But you will still have to attach a sound file to each word.
