Description Praedor Tempus 2009-10-21 18:40:08 UTC
Version: 2.2.4 (using 4.2.4 (KDE 4.2.4), Mandriva Linux release 2009.1 (Official) for i586)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.29.6-desktop586-2mnb

I have kget integrated with konqueror. I select to download a file but all that happens, in spite of any and all alterations I make to kget settings, my downloads will not start unless I explicitly tell kget to start/resume downloading.

I want the old kget behavior back: you select download and it simply starts downloading without human intervention first. Also, it would be nice to have a setting that has kget delete the download history at some point, or even better, a setting to prevent storing the download history at all. Sometimes I forget to visit the kget window and when I see a download isn't downloading I go to the kget window and have to navigate down a long list of older downloads. The old kget behavior was better than the latest version.
