The kde and kde-windows system icons, in the "Applications" category, are weird or malformed in some way.

To see: Right-click on pager, select "App Launcher Menu Settings" and change the icon to either the "kde" icon or the "kde-windows" icon. Both these icons look normal in the preview, but when used as pager icons, or as mime-type icons, they display scrambled.

works nicely here using trunk/
