I can confirm that KDE file dialogs do not work properly with a filename starting with a space. However, Dolphin can open this file properly. Testing on: Qt: 4.6.0 (Qt git branch 4.6 commit c5c58c2368f71c5d0067c9389c8ad04c41b66db5 Date: Wed Sep 9 15:09:34 2009 +0200) KDE: 4.3.72 (KDE 4.3.72 (KDE 4.4 >= 20091015)) kdelibs svn rev. 1037743 / kdebase svn rev. 1037743 on ArchLinux i686 - Kernel 2.6.30.6 @BRULE Herman: are you noticing this error on any other operation ? Thanks As a workaround, put the name in double quotes. Resolved in r1051056, but see bug 215618 for a similar problem. WebSVN link: http://websvn.kde.org/?revision=1051056&view=revision |
