I was impressed when I installed fresh fedora 11 and started gnome session with networkmanager, bluetooth and sound applets within 5 seconds. Kde needs at least 20 seconds to start on the same computer. Please make kde's start faster.

The 20 seconds would be really great result. I measured the time which kde need to start with kmix, klipper, knetworkmanager and it's 30s. I have also linuxdc++ and kadu run at start so the time lengthens to 45s. It's really annoying especially compared to startup time of whole system to kdm screen which is about 25s.
