It is likely that it is something in the configruation. You could do two things: a) start with a fresh user and then work from there for the differences. b) Install debugview and see if some of the message give you an idea. Is it debugview or kdebugdialog as suggested in this bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=210204#c1 by Martin Koller? If it is the latter (kdebugdialog), where is the output stored? I've meant "DebugView" an application you get via Microsoft. If you cannot try with a different user, you could try to identify your application data within your account and delete it.
