Description scientes 2009-10-15 00:38:19 UTC
Version:           1.5.1 (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

Feedburner, which is now part of Google, tracks clicks to post through 301 redirects.

<link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/robweir/antic-atom/~3/Ph7Cm00262o/protocols-formats-and-limits-of.html" title="Protocols, Formats and the Limits of Disclosure" />

The feed includes the canonical link however, wrapped like so:

<feedburner:origLink>http://www.robweir.com/blog/2009/10/protocols-formats-and-limits-of.html</feedburner:origLink>

Akregator perhaps could short-circuit this redirect.
