Version:           1.12.2 (using 4.3.2 (KDE 4.3.2), Debian packages)

Kmail say bad passphrase without prompting for it.
Now don't tell about missconfiguration of gpg-agent and all that stuff because it shows that window when i want to read an email, but it is not shown when i want to send the email.

There is a possible workaround in the other bugreport.
