With last svn, search bar plugin doesn't work...

Disabling/Enabling plugin and search bar appear... Restart konqueror: searchbar is lost...

This is a problem of the searchbar plugin and has already been fixed. You need to get a more recent version of the plugin. See http://websvn.kde.org/?view=revision&revision=1029026.
