drm settings don't make pdf saving fail like that. most probably the document itself is encrypted, is this the actual case? He can't know, as encrypted (in poppler sense) does not necessarily mean the file asks for a password, but yes, i think the problem is non existant (besides a lack of explaining the error better) Is there any possibility you can attach the pdf file? I looked it up. Your are right, unfortunately yes. This means it wont be possible to fix this? Then it would be good to have better messages, telling what actually is the problem. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 208119 *** |
