knotes after restart

Description Tamás Németh 2009-10-11 21:18:51 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

My knotes (included in KDE 4.3.1) creates indentation when I press "*" or "-" on the beginning of the line, despite rich-taxt is disabled. I don't know why it does this since it is told to be resolved: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=203321

Moreover, when I quit and restart knotes (or I have to restart it because of a crash), it forgets all indentation. See the attached images.

I can confirm that indentation was lost after a restart of knotes. Had the same problem for a while, quite annoying. But this has been solved some time ago, probably in KDE 4.4.
Cannot comment on the other problem, I never noticed this, but maybe I always used rich text.

Tamás, does this still happen with newer KDE versions?

Closing for lack of feedback. Please feel free to reopen if you can reproduce this with KDE 4.9.0 or later.
