It seems like there is not a klipper action for email addresses. Normally this would be not useful, because in a website there is a mailto which helps you trigger writing an email. But there are also situations where you do not have a mailto. e.g. when you just copy it out of a list.
If you implement this, it would be cool, if it allowed to
- add to addressbook (add to existing, create new entry)
- write an email
- send as an email to someone
- in the case of multiple addresses are copied, then allow to 
-> write multiple emails 
-> one email with addresses as cc 
-> one email with addresses as bc
-> create multiple addressbook entries
