Version:           3.9 (using KDE 4.3.1)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Fedora RPMs

Option to choose desktop is greyed out, therefor can't choose desktop or put note on all desktops.

I've just hit this issue with kdepim-4.4.2

(the workaround is to quit knotes and edit ~/.kde/share/apps/knotes/notes/libkcal-*)
