Version:            (using KDE 4.3.1)
Installed from:    Fedora RPMs

On my friend's laptop kopete from time to time "forgets" the buddy-names it usually displays in the buddy list.

The entries are still there, but no name is displayed, only the icon.
I already have deleted ~/.kde/apps/kopete (or however its called), but the problem occured recently again.

Any idea howto diagnose that problem further?

Did you get duplicated contacts (empty or without protocol icons) in contact
list?

Unfourtunatly I don't have access to that computer anymore, sorry I can't help with any more details :-/

This bug has had its resolution changed, but accidentally has been left in NEEDSINFO status. I am thus closing this bug and setting the status as RESOLVED to reflect the resolution change.
