Application that crashed: dolphin

What I was doing when the application crashed:
I selected a batch of files from /var/cache/urpmi/rpm and dragged them to a usb stick folder on an ext4 patition. No option menu (copy, move etc) was offered on releasing the mouse button as the crash occurred at that point.

This looks related/the same as bug 208916 / bug 206812.
- Does Dolphin crash again if you repeat the situation you described ?
- Were some of the locations read-only ?
Thanks

Yes every time - with drag/drop, but works fine with copy/paste.
> - Were some of the locations read-only ?
No
> Thanks
Hope that helps
Comment 3 Dario Andres 2009-10-06 01:21:46 UTC
- Does it happens if you drag&drop files from another folder? (may be some folder in / and some other folder in your home dir) ?
- Did you have some kind of installation/update error in the last time ?
Thanks
Comment 4 Barry Jackson 2009-10-24 14:19:28 UTC
No longer happens after latest updates and on fresh installs.
Marking as resolved - invalid.
