Version:           0.70.90 (using 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1), Debian packages)

after some time all Jabber accouts shows offline (without any notification)

You have probably lost connection and Jabber didn't reconnected, this should be fixed in KDE 4.3.4 and later

I was wrong this is fixed in KDE 4.4
