digital clock should have option to display in 12 hour format. it should also have options to configure the actual time of day

Please, don't request multiple features on the same report.

Anyway, the first request is a dup of bug #162368.

Moreover you should better explain the second request.

you can't actually set date/time from the widget. it should have the option to set the date/time (although since I think that requires root more likely just to bring up the menu's that sets them).
