Netbooks with an 8-10" display typically have a resolution of 1024x600.  The event entry dialog is about 600 pixels tall which makes the taskbar overlap it.  Suggest making the rich text options a toolbar which could be moved and/or make the attachments on a separate tab.

This is works for me in KDE 4.3.2 (Kubuntu Karmic.) Can you give it another shot?

I guess this bug can be closed as "resolved" since in 4.7, those windows are ~520px tall.
