Just to be sure that it's not a Qt/KDE theme issue.
It probably is a duplicate of bug 198316. Christoph, shouldn't it apply to all applications if it is? Note the 2nd screenshot for comparison. I've seen this only in webkit. Same webpage in khtml displays the buttons correctly, too. Created attachment 37752 [details]

khtml, I wanted to say
I cannot reproduce this issue anymore with a recent SVN version and Qt 4.6. Either is has been fixed in Qt or doodle.ch. |
