I configured an LDAP server to look for addresses in my university. The search works fine.

The problem is that the password for the ldap server is not saved by kaddressbook (or kwallet). Everytime I open kaddressbook (or kmail) to search a contact in the LDAP server, the password fails, and I have type it again.

It is still present in KDE 4.3.2.

Hej Andres,

I didn't had a closer look yet, but this bug could be caused
by QUrl from the Qt library which looses the password during
some processing. We have already submitted a merge request for
a patch, so now we have to wait for a Qt version that includes it.

In kdeSC-4.4.5 the bug is solved !

In kdepim-4.4.7 the bug is present again.

Maybe it reappeared in kdepim-4.4.6 but I am not sure.

It's still present in kdepim-4.4.10 in top of kde-4.6.0 ...

With kdepim-4.4.11 on top of kdeSC-4.6.3 the problem is gone!

Should I mark the bug as solved (fixed)?
