This works fine in Amarok 2.2-git, and Amarok 2.2 final is due in afew days :) This bug still exists in 2.2.0 (Karmic 9.10). It happens *sometimes*, not always. Sometimes closing down Amarok and restarting it will remove the issue, sometimes not. ATM I'm experiencing the same thing, and restarting Amarok did not help me this time. My backend is also Xine. Subscribing Martin, since this is a potential Phonon issue. Till know there only is a report for the gstreamer backend: bug 172550 Same problem here with Amarok 2.2.1 (Gentoo, KDE 4.3.3), and I use the gstreamer backend. The issue occurs about every two to three days here, restarting Amarok usually helps. But is also already solved in Phonon trunk (to be released with the next KDE 4.4 Daniel and Alex, could this be related somehow to bug 192114? Daniels comment #2 made me think of this one. I think you're right, as when this happens to me it's when I'm at work where my music library is on a mounted Samba share :) Thank you for the fast feedback, marking as a duplicate then *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 192114 *** |
