Version:           1.0 (using 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1), 4.3.1-3.fc10 Fedora)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.27.30-170.2.82.fc10.i686

numeric keypad is not working on kde4.3.1 environment  but keypad is working on other environment like GNOME.

use of numeric keypad is possible for me in applications like kwrite, but global keyboard shortcuts do not work if I try to use a key from the numeric keypad in the combination (e.g. meta + '+')

Feel free to reopen the report if the problem still happens in recent versions ( KDE SC 4.8.4 or higher). Thanks.
