In one of the channels I frequent, there's an annoying bot that lists users according to how many lines they've written every hour or so. This creates a lot of unnecessary highlights (example below). I'd like the ability to ignore the namedrop of  that bot, as well as any other user that frequently pointlessly namedrops people without putting the person on total ignore.

One avenue to implement this would be a new "Highlight" sub-type in the ignore system that the highlight code would then check against.
