Version:            (using KDE 4.3.1)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

To reproduce:
-Lock toolbars
-Quit the application normally
-Open Konqueror again; notice that the toolbars are still locked
-Run killall konqueror
-Open Konqueror again; notice that the toolbars are now unlocked

This is not a matter of Konqueror not being able to save the new toolbar state before the crash, since it gets saved on a normal exit, then reverts after a crash/killall.
