Version:            (using KDE 4.3.1)

Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

Steps to reproduce :

- open a window with at least two tabs
- double-click on the right of the last tab to open another one

Dolphin crashes and the bug report dialog opens.
This bug does not append all the time, but I can't find any condition to reproduce it always.

(No debug packages are installed so I can't give any usefull stacktrace)

Anyway, this sounds like a crash which is known already. It's a Qt bug which will be fixed in Qt 4.5.3. If I'm wrong and you still get this crash after upgrading to any Qt version after 4.5.2, please reopen this report.
