I have a panel with a taskbar at the bottom of the screen. Sometimes, when I move my mouse to the bottom edge of the screen to click a task, a tooltip appears directly under the mouse; if I try to click, it has the effect of making the tooltip disappear, but then immediately reappear under the mouse again, so I can't actually click the taskbar. This is frustrating. If I move the mouse about a bit, the tooltip notices the error and floats away to its rightful place above the taskbar (along the y rather than z axis, that is).

I can't seem to find any way to consistently reproduce it. It happens occasionally.

Actually, I think I just did. It seems to happen consistently with the following series of actions:

1. I click a link to a torrent file in Opera
2. the taskbar entry to signify ktorrent being opened briefly appears
3. however, ktorrent is already open
4. a dialog is opened in the ktorrent window to handle the torrent; ktorrent's taskbar entry is highlighted
5. I click it to bring ktorrent to the foreground
6. I click OK on the dialog
7. I mouse back to the taskbar to click Opera's entry
8. the tooltip appears under the mouse cursor
