Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch kontact you'll have kmail, akregator miniature in the systray
2. in kontact select akregator
3. minimize kontact
4. click on akkregator icon in systray 
- kontact pops up
- you see akregator

5. minimize kontact

6. click on kmail icon in systray 
- kontact pops up
- you see akregator instead of kmail !

it's true with any application
