Hi!
I'm using small size plasma panel (with 22x22 icons), but since KDE 4.3.1 plasma automatically resizes it in various cases (compositing suspending/resuming, rotating screen, display switching). So every time I do something with my desktop, plasma panel just grows and grows until it reaches 48x48 or something like this. This is extremely annoying.
