This is a partial case of the following request: bug#51505 Hmm... Konqueror already prompts you to restore a previous session if it was not shutdown properly ; so I fail to see what you are asking for here. The ability to select which one of the previous tabs should be restored ? Starting with KDE 4.10, you will be able to choose which session to restore and which ones to discard.
