Hello, with kcolorpaint I start scanning with scanner, during the scanning I click on cancel for cancel the task. It crash all KDE!
My 2 request please:
- Fix the bug
- Prevent the maximum of bug for that's I can't be crash all KDE

- Can you describe "It crash all KDE" ? - What are you seeing ? - What is your computer state after the "crash" ? Thanks

All session is closed and I pushed on kdm.

- Does this happen if you use another scan application like xsane ?

Can you try with current trunk version (compiled from source) ?
I can not reproduce this, even with the last released 4.6.

What scanner device (which brand) do you use ?
Do you scan locally or over the network (saned) ?

Seam not crash with the kde 4.5 (of now).
scan locally.
