Version:           4.3.0 (using 4.3.00 (KDE 4.3.0), MS Visual Studio 2008 SP1)
Compiler:          cl.exe
OS:                Microsoft Windows (i686) release 5.1 (XP Home Edition)

A lot of applications can`t save data (carbon autosave error, potato guy can`t save project, dolphin crash after start, system settings crash after start...). 
Umbrello didn`t try to create folder "uml-generated-code".

It looks like some errors while creating default folders, subfolders and files.


May be it is because of my Russan language of Windows?

Please try KDE 4.10.2 to see whether those problems still exist.
