* Bug Description: *
When I initially open GIMP, each of the three default windows have their own taskbar entry, with the entry for the "Layers, Channels, Paths, Undo ..." dock flashing.  If I go to any other desktop, I will see a taskbar entry for "Layers, Channels, Paths, Undo ..." on every one.  I have to click on that taskbar entry before it will stop showing up on every desktop.

Furthermore, however, I have noticed that if I continue working in GIMP without clicking on that taskbar entry, it will sometimes become permanently affixed to the taskbar on every desktop, even after I have exited GIMP.  The only resolution I have found when that happens is to log out of my KDE session and log in again.

Looks to me as each GIMP window demands attention and is by that shown in the taskbar even if it is on another desktop. 

I reassign to the masters of the taskbar.

I can confirm this bug still exists in KDE 4.4.1.

I can confirm this bug still exists in KDE 4.4.2 (tested using Kubuntu Lucid beta 2).
