In bugs.kde.org, in User Preferences, instead of an '@' symbol, I see the following :  &#64;

This is either an upstream or a configuration problem. 


Reproduce: 
- Login to bugs.kde.org
- Click 'Edit my Preferences' 
- Look at the title bar ;)
