Installed from:    Compiled sources

 Configure Akonadi with an IMAP and Kolab resource.
- Launch Kaddressbook
- Create a couple of Contacts
- Go to File menu/Print...
- Select 'Print to File (PDF)'
- Choose a name and a location for the .PDF file
- Click on 'Print'
- Check the 'Selected contacts' QToolButton
- Click on 'Next'
- Select 'Printout for Ring Binder' from the Print Style QComboBox
- Click on 'Next'

There is an 'Alway print pages for all tabs' check box that is not available in the Miscellaneous section.

Is this intended?

Remove useless checkbox. The functionality behind it has
never been implemented...

The 'Always print pages for all tabs' check box that was unavailable has been removed now.
