Description kavol 2009-09-02 17:03:08 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

I am unable to use CalDAV ressource provided by Zimbra server. The korganizer groupdav connector doesn't seem to do anything. For example if I supply it non-existant user name, it even doesn't complain that it cannot log in. Or if I supply invalid URL, it doesn't complain about the URL format, or non-existant domain etc. And of course, if I feed it the right connection data, it just doesn't display anything, neither the folders list, neither the calendar contents.

There is a lot of similar bugs opened for groupdav, but I'm not sure if this is duplicate of anything - these are talking about eGroupware and its bugs etc., not such a generic problem like that there is Potemkin village and not a working configuration dialogue & calendar connection.

I have the exact same issue with eGroupware. There's absolutely no feedback when something is wrong with the resource. Moreover, when I finaly get the resource to see the folders on the server, I'm still unable to display the events, or to succesfully ad new.

Try the new groupdav akonadi resource, in kdepim 4.6.
( and report bugs to that product, not to korganizer )
