Version:            (using KDE 4.3.0)
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

In the english version the tag is "Save settings", which could of course be translated with "Einstellungen speichern". IMHO, to reflect the second meaning of "save settings", it should be translated with "Speichereinstellungen".
