Sometimes we want to print only a pragraphe. It would be very usefull to be able to select with the mouse the paragraphe and after in the print dialog choose "Print selection"

This is already possible, but needs to be enabled/supported by each individual application, as only the app knows how to render the selection.  For example Kate/KWrite support this.  If there are particular apps that do not have this ability please lodge wishlist bugs against those individual apps.  I believe konqueror/khtml already has an open bug for this.
