Description Sabine Faure 2009-08-30 21:16:25 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Compiler: gcc 4.3.2
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

- Configure Akonadi with an IMAP and Kolab resource.
- Launch Kaddressbook
- create a new Contact with two email addresses. Click on
'Ok'
- Create a new Group and try to add the Contact that you have just created by entering only a few letters.
- The autocompletion works and a pop up window asks you to choose between the two email adresses for that Contact.
- Choose the second one from the list shown.Click on 'Ok'.

It does not work, whatever you do only the first email address that was typed in the Conctact is displayed on the right hand side of the Kaddressbook main window.

Even if you enter the second email address manually when you click on 'ok' you can see that it is the first one that is displayed in Kaddressbook.

This bug is not valid anymore. So I am closing it.

It is now possible to enter the second email address of a contact manually.
There is still a bug with the pop up dialogue that asks the user to choose between the contact's two emails but I reported a different bug about it (see bug #209981)

But the point is that both of the emails can be added to the group and displayed on the right hand side of the main view.
