- Configure Akonadi with an IMAP and Kolab resource.
- Create a new group with 3 members using the 'name <mail>' format when entering them.
- Reopen the 'Edit Contact Group' dialogue and erase the first member using backspace. Click on the 'ok' button.

-> Nothing happens. All four contacts are still displayed on the right hand side of Kaddressbook window.
If you reopen the group (Edit Contact Group dialogue)you can see that the first member is still there.

Maybe there should be a X button to erase the member in each line edit.

The same thing happens if you try to erase the second member.

But if you erase the last member then it works. The member is no longer displayed on the right side and if you reopen the 'Edit Contact Group' dialogue the member is gone.

Hej Sabine,

can you test this with a contact group from a normal 'Distribution List File'
resource, please?
I can't reproduce it here with a file based resource and therefor guess this
is yet another bug in the Kolab/IMAP resource.

Bug #205739 prevents me from creating Contacts in a newly created distribution list.
Can you try to correct this bug first so that I can try what you are suggesting above?

I retested this today in my personal address book.
After creating the group with 3 members if I open the 'Edit Contact Group' dialogue, it is empty.

I do not understand why.

still reproducable? I can reproduce in the 'Personal Contacts' resource.

It is corrected now.

I retested this today and everything works in all the above described cases.
The X button to erase a member from a line edit has also been implemented and works.

So I am verifying this bug.
