Please add a feature to Kmenu that would highlight newly-installed applications. Thanks.

I am not sure if this is a dupe of bug #197604, which asks for a way to tell the user what has been newly installed. I presume that bug #197604 is talking about install time, not the menus, which is why I filed this.

Indeed, this is not dup of bug #197604, but of bug #171336
