When you have a few windows and you use alt-tab to switch between the task/windows, names and descriptions are clearly visible. But if you have many windows such that the alt-tab list becomes compressed, the top of the text is slightly cut off in the list (because it seem the smaller text moves to the top of its icon, was at bottom with fewer windows, and runs into the box above then a few pixels get cut off).

This is easily checked my opening numerous konsole windows until the alt-tab list shows smaller/compressed text.

Note: this requires that thumbnails for the alt-tab display be disabled.

Fixed in the new implementation that will come into 4.4
