What I was doing when the application crashed:
My Kile installation often crashes when, after a bit of file editing, CTRL+END (to get to the end of the file) is pressed.

Kile also crashes sometimes when finished (either by pressing CTRL+Q or simply ALT+F4) but this was not the case now.

If you can reproduce the crash at will (or you experience this regularly), can you install the "kdelibs5-dbg" package and post a complete backtrace here? Thanks

Hello

I installed kdelibs5-dbg and while the rest of yesterday I had no luck for 
another crash, today it came. Sadly, I used the crash reporting assistant to 
submit the enhanced bug report and it failed to find my yesterday's post. 
Instead, a new Bug #205181 has been created - sorry for the mess.

I will let you know if I will happen to find out something more about what 
precedes those Kile/Kate crashes (it's not easy to reproduce them).
