Version:           1.2-alpha5+ #3427 (using 4.3.64 (KDE 4.3.64 (KDE 4.4 >= 20090812)), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.27-11-generic

If Konversation is having trouble connecting to a server, every time a connection attempt fails, (if it's not the active window) the taskbar entry gets highlighted. This is highly annoying.

It also gets highlighted if I get disconnected from a server I'm already connected to, and I don't like that either (if Konversation is not the active window that means I'm not IRCing at the moment and don't really care), but that's somewhat less of an issue.

This is a feature not a bug, you can disable it with Settings->Configure Notifications.

Oh. Sorry for noise, then. (I should've known better.)

I still think it's a shoddy default, but obviously I am not everyone.
