Version:           1.12.0 (using 4.3.00 (KDE 4.3.0), 4.3.0-2.fc11 Fedora)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.29.6-213.fc11.i686.PAE

is very confusing that the formatting bar is above the fields of recipient and subject. 
It makes no sense!
