Description Kristjan Ugrin 2009-08-19 10:49:51 UTC
Version: recent git (using KDE 4.3.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

The new inline playback are very nice if you would like to have minimalistic GUI without toolbars.

It would be also better if it would also have a small bar for adjusting volume, so you would
have complete basic playback controls like you would with toolbars.

+1 for that.
i really don't see why the play progress bar has to be that big.

You are mixing up apples and oranges there.... this wish is about adding a volume slider, not a progress bar. One item per report only, please.

i don't.
i am talking about the vol slider as well -- i was pointing out, that the _play_ slider doesn't need to be that big, in case that's the reason why the volume control was converted to a drop down.

in short: make the play slider smaller and use the place to add a regular vol slider.

Is this bug still relevant as there is a dial-type volume slider in the main toolbar or is this not of interest anymore?
Comment 5 Myriam Schweingruber 2011-12-23 10:09:03 UTC
It is not implemented, and the developers decided not to implement that.
