Description Alvaro Manuel Recio Perez 2009-08-19 01:46:46 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.0)
Compiler: x86_64 architecture
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Opening a vCard file in Dolphin starts KAddressBook which shows a dialog with the vCard information and asks the user if he wants to import that contact into the address book. Regardless of the answer (even "No" or "Cancel") the contact is added to the address book. Clearly, the contact should be added only when the user clicks on "Yes".

(By the way, what's the difference between "No" and "Cancel" in this context? I think "Cancel" it's redundant...)

Thank you for your efforts you put into this bug. kab3 has long been deprecated, and so I close its old reports. If this bug/wish is still valid for kab3's successor kaddressbook in any recent version (5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08.0 or later), please file a new bug against kaddressbook.
