Description Lukas 2009-08-17 13:27:12 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.0)

It looks like plasma saves it layout/ last used docs etc only when being shut down correctly.

Despite closing PC in shut down way is a good practice, but not always possible. A lost power, crash, user error etc can cause closing in a wrong way.

Two days ago I removed a few plasmoids (system monitor, default) from my panel and this morning i forgot to charge my battery (my battery is a very weak one) that lead to *instant shutdown* After reboot those plasmoids where restored too, same as my recent docs.

I know what it is not worth saving settings every move, but doing it once an hour...

p.s. Unless it is possible for plasmoids to replicate themselves without user interaction?
