when using the dash "-" to create a bullet point, it is not saved when the application is closed and restarted

As a workaround, right click the note, go to preferences, and enable rich text before you start typing the note.

Not reproducible with KDE 4.10. Of course Rich Text needs to be enabled beforehand for the note in question, but making a bullet list, closing Knotes and restarting it shows the bullet list as saved.

I think the problem was that notes forces the "-"s into bullet points and then refuses to save them unless rich text is enabled.

For instance, I don't want Rich Text enabled.
