OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Mandriva RPMs

KDE 4.3.0/Qt 4.5.2.

From page http://clusterlabs.org/wiki/Documentation I first opened document "Configuration 0.6 Explained" and while reading it, opened second document on the same page "Colocation Explained". This gave me *three* okular tasks in task bar; third one cannot be switched to.

Before I also opened "Ordering Explained" - this gave me three tasks, two of which had the same title (Ordering Explained). When I closed this document, I was left with second "anonymous" task which finally disappeared after a couple of minutes.

This is probably related to bug 202199. Can you confirm it ?
