I have use Kopete with Gmail jabber account. If some user want add me to contact list, I receive the authorization request in which I can allow or block autorization.
But very often I don't know who is he, I need to look an "User info" page for additional info. But I can't look user info from this dialog, I need to confirm authorization and after that I can see the User info and remove the user if they don't needs me.

This is very inconvenient!

Can you add "View user info" button to the authorize user dialog?

It needs to add link to user info page.
And need to add the comment what is difference when you click "Authorize" or "Add..." (If I click "Add", authorization will been authorized or not?)

And needs to create the text "The contact xxx@host.com had added.." selectable by mouse, ability to copy it to the clipboard, or only the user id (xxx@host.com). For example, for search info about this contact in the Google before adding. Now I need  to re-type the user id manually...

I've got the same problem. A button to show the user info would be really useful when handling contact requests.

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
